Product Description:
screw conveyor or auger conveyor is a mechanism that uses a rotating helical screw blade usually within a tube, to move liquid or granular materials. They are used in many bulk handling industries. Features and Applications:

The belt-type helical surface is also called D method, and its helical pitch is basically the same as the different diameters of the helical blades, which is suitable for enterprises to transport powdery and small pieces of materials. Blade helicoids are rarely used to transport materials with high viscosity and high compressibility. During the conveying process, processes such as mixing are completed at the same time. The pitch of the spiral is about 1.2 times the diameter of the spiral blade.
3. At the discharge end of LS and GX type screw conveyors, 1/2~1 circle of reverse spiral blades should be installed to prevent the powder end from clogging. The screw conveyor is composed of a screw structure body, inlet, outlet and drive control device system. The screw body is composed of a head bearing, a tail bearing, a suspension bearing, a screw, a casing, a cover plate and a base. The drive control device is composed of motor, reducer, coupling and base part.
